Products on occasion may be damaged in the shipping process. Damaged shipments must be filed with the carrier. Hutsell Sports is not responsible for damage caused in the shipping process. If customers would like a replacement part due to scratches, dents or other damages caused during the shipping process, purchasers will be responsible for the product replacement cost and shipping costs associated with damaged part replacements. If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, please email us the details, along with photos of the damage. For any claim we must be notified within 7 business days from the date your order was received. We will respond within 3 business days advising you what action the manufacturer desires to take. DO NOT return items to us without receiving instructions. Hutsell Sports is not responsible for manufacturer's defects. If an item is to be returned due to manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a return authorization from us. No packages will be accepted without a return authorization.
Your merchandise is non-refundable after 7 days of its original recipient date. Please note that installed items, promotional items, are not refundable or exchangeable. No exceptions. Our return policy for bikes does not cover minor scratches found on the frame or any part of the bike. Every possible effort is made to ship you a defective free bike. We have the sole right to accept or reject such claims. The returned merchandise must be in like new condition, no scratches, with original packaging and literature. Any damage or missing part will be deducted. We'll send you a refund, less shipping and handling charges. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please e-mail our support department at support@hutsellsports.net to submit a request for a return number. Any return of merchandise when authorized will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via FedEx, UPS, or U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
We suggest you to insure the item returned. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 2 to 3 weeks of our receiving your return. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. In the rare case that the customer accidentally receives the wrong product order, please notify us as soon as possible.
Each manufacturer's warranty is provided by the manufacturer of each product. Most of which can be found on the manufacturers websites. Pleased be advised that manufactures we represent have very strict warranty policies and most of them require us to return merchandise for their inspection. Therefore, it may take some time to resolve the situation. We must stand-by and adhere to all manufacturers’ decisions concerning warrantable issues. Should you have a warranty issue with a purchase you have made through Hutsell Sports, we must insist that you contact the manufacturer first. If you need assistance in a warrantable item, we will gladly offer any help and contact information in regards to contacting the manufacturer.
Unless otherwise provided, the sole remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater value at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. You will be responsible for labor and shipping costs (to and from) associated with warranty replacements, unless other arrangements are made with the prospective manufacturer, handling your warranty claim.
Any scratches or dents to frame or any part. Rips in the seat material. Missing nuts or bolts. Flat tires. Gear or brake adjustment. Damage as a result of any bike accident. Any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on bike by customer. Wear and tear to bike, tires or components. The manufacturer does not warranty frames, forks or parts damaged from use, misuse, crashing, racing, jumping, stunt riding, improper maintenance, neglect etc. Most sports balls have manufacturers warranties as well. Please see the manufacturer of your particular ball for their warranties.
The US Shipping cost listed is for the contiguous 48 United States only. Within the USPS limitations only certain limited items can be shipped to APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship products to P.O. Box's. Tracking numbers will be sent by the shipper when provided. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple boxes on different days. Normally, it would take approx. 3 – 7 business days of delivery for a USPS item such as a volleyball. Bicycles, for example may take as long as a week to ship ground service. Some larger items may fall into the "oversize" category for both UPS and FedEx. Therefore the shipping for those items are more expensive. Oversized Items - An Oversized Item that is sent via a freight trucking company will usually arrive to your designated shipping address 1 - 3 weeks after leaving the warehouse. Most Oversized Items leave the warehouse within seven business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Some Oversized shipments have taken as long as 3 weeks for delivery. A contact name and phone number is required for carrier shipped items. Deliveries to a residential address cost more than to a commercial address. A commercial address has a loading/unloading dock and someone present to accept deliveries during normal business hours. Drivers delivering truck shipments are only required to move the freight to the edge of their truck. Should you require additional services, i.e. lift gate, inside delivery, 24 hour notice, etc, these are additional charges placed by the carrier and not imposed by Hutsell Sports, and will incur additional charges. Refused truck shipments will incur charges for both directions of travel. The original freight will not be reimbursed. Refused shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
The delivery company will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery date and time window.
Typically, there will be a minimum of a four-hour timeframe for the delivery and an adult must be available to accept, inspect, and sign-for the delivery.
The item will be delivered to your designated shipping address. The freight delivery company is not responsible for unloading the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building.
Your package is likely to be heavy and large; therefore, we recommend that you have someone with you to help unload the item from the truck and carry it inside.
The total charge does not include inside delivery, removal of cartons, or assembly.
